What's everyone watching/reading/playing/viewing right now?

Postby Sabrblade » Fri Apr 22, 2011 11:08 am

The title pretty much states it. What series is everyone here currently watching/reading/playing/viewing/etc. right now? Anything in particular?

For me, I'm currently following these.

Cartoons:
  • Transformers: Prime (duh)
  • G.I. Joe: Renegades
  • Young Justice (on hiatus)
Live action TV:
  • Smallville
  • Power Rangers: Samurai
  • Glee
  • The Big Bang Theory
Anime:
  • Dragon Ball Z Kai (Nicktoons dub)
  • Digimon Xros Wars: The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms (sub)
  • Dragon Ball Z (DVD sub, on hiatus)
Webshows:
  • The Nostalgia Critic
  • Atop the Fourth Wall
  • Whatever looks appealing on ThatGuyWithTheGlasses.com
Books:

Comics:
  • The Transformers (U.S. Marvel G1 comic series)
Manga:

  • Super Mario Galaxy (on hiatus)

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis

 Oh, I feel so sorry for you that you have to watch that awful version of the dub. The changes made to just that version are blasphemous. The Nicktoons dub is way more tame in its censorship. Though, the uncut DVD dub would be the best one to watch (sadly, I haven't the money to purchase each DVD set one after another right now, so I'm sticking with the Nicktoons dub for now).
