For those wondering about the recent lack of news posts, I've been very busy lately as this past week was Finals Week, and now I'm trying to get all the way through reading the Covenant of Primus, which is taking up a lot of my free time outside of work.

But, don't worry, as this week I'll have a few consecutive days off to get us back up to speed on news, so expect a truckload of new news to come during the week.

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis

Just got back from the premiere of 'Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues'. Not quite as good as the original (but then again it was never going to be) but I still LOVED IT

One thing I liked was that the majority of the jokes are originals, not simply re-hashes of the old ones. There were some re-hashes, but not a painful amount. The plot was good but it didn't seem to finish as well as it started.

There was a subtle Transformers reference as well (well, not really, but it was the first thing that popped into my head so I'm counting it). The eruption of Mount St. Helens (which inspired the eruption of Mount St. Hilary) was mentioned.

Chance are I'll be seeing Anchorman 2 again quite soon
