Wow, Rescue Monky, all the way from Barranquilla; Colombia. Awesome, that's great. I've had Orchata, but I'll have to give the others a try.
I used to like anything pizza, but since my wife and I found just the right way to make a perfect thin crust from scratch, I've started to become a bit of a pizza snob. So I guess our own home made pizza would have to be my favorite.
My second is an Indian meal called Palak Paneer. It looks super disgusting, but if you're at all into Indian spices, it tastes fantastic.
My last favorite is a Polish noodle dish call Kaluski (which is really just the Polish word for noodle). It's a pile of home made chunky oddly shaped noodles, with cottage cheese and bacon mixed in. Doc Who, you'd probably dig it due to the bacon.
Good question. I've enjoyed reading your answers. This would be one awesome pot luck.
You're making my mouth water.

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis
