Rescue Bots episodes 79-80: "New Normal" & "Bridge Building"

Postby Sabrblade » Sat Apr 23, 2016 1:14 pm

Today, the long awaited fourth season of Transformers: Rescue Bots made its world premiere on Discovery Family, with its 79th and 80th episodes. Episode 79, titled "New Normal", shifts the setting of the show forward a bit, to place it three years after Rescue Force Sigma-17 first arrived on Earth all the way back in the very first episode. Descriptions of the episode have stated that this episode is the one in which the Bots will finally have to decide whether or not to reveal their true nature to the citizens of Griffin Rock, as an alien attack forces their hand.

Episode 80, titled "Bridge Building", seems to follow up from the previous episode, dealing with the aftermath of the team's actions as the people of Griffin Rock must choose whether or not they will be allow the Bots to continue to stay on the island, while an incident with a new GroundBridge ends up splitting up the team. What other sorts of surprises await us this season? To find out, let's roll to the rescue!

"When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis
