I think that, in addition to any existing unreleased characters, any existing unreleased molds would tick off the fanbase majority too, as not everyone can afford the BotCon stuff.

My guess is that these figures will be completely new guys (to the Animated line) using molds that have had a previosu general retail release (like how TransTech Cheetor and Dead End are new Animated guys using Blurr and Jazz molds).

Still though, they did say that this set would be Animated Stunticons, right? If that's the case, then we can only assume that this set will feature Animated versions of Motormaster, Drag Strip, Breakdown, and Wildrider in addition to Dead End. The only question remaining is... what molds will these four remaining bots be?

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis

Perhaps the combaticons? Animated already has Swindle, so there would only be four of them. The helicopter (forget his name) could be a Blackout recolor

Again, they're doing the Stunticons and will likely use pre-released molds. Blackout wasn't released by Hasbro (yet), so using his mold would be very displeasing to many fans who can't afford either TakaraTomy Blackout or the BotCon stuff.

I'd settle for a full compliment of Animated Stunticons, myself... <3
