some TF prototypes I happened on - re-named old topic

If its about Transformers, the toys, it's fair game.

"When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis

Thanks!

If I ever came upon the page I didn't go through it thoroughly
or at least didn't save any pics

I LOVE the other Dino Cassettes.

I'd seen TF wiki of course but I haven't explored all of it's vast chambers.
I just looked at Favorite Bots and names I'd never heard, it's probably expanded since because I don't think I saw all the stuff on the insignia page.

But that other site .. I'm not sure if I found it before
I wonder if they expand it a lot,
I know I would have kept and remembered "Dial" that green sort of Hadrosaur of Iguanadon looking one if I'd seen it (oh he's a Velociraptor?? ) -- I got to show those to my brother.

I don't know if you already knew this by looking through the link you gave me

But the way it's listed there as far as is known at the moment he's the first listed Trasformer without a name - :-( he needs a name.
I wonder if he -really had no name where he was released ----- or if there is someone out there who knows he was called something when for sale ????

and he has a wikipedia page of his own because the great Transformers fan who happens to be an artist
- who will remain nameless for once in my posts
used this character noticebly in a background

But the way the list goes up ---until--- the blue Helicoptor guy's release
Trasformers were just using the same stickers sheets and basic identities from each real TF character
then for some reason they suddenly threw an unused tf/diaclone into the line
but then who's stickers would/did they use, some other tf's or just real Dialone stickers? - it doesn't say
so this guy is only called 'Elicottero/Aereo' as far as anybody knows?

Now my brother wants one ...!

It's a really good time for me to get to see how the triplechanger works like that
I'm thinking about trying to work out my different character's mechanics right now. Thanks!

Looks like maybe Hasbro didn't take him because he tilts in jet mode...?

i dont know why hasbro didnt take him

but if you compare him with the other g1 triple changers like blitswing or sandstorm his asthetic (atleast to me) doesnt fit all that well and he kinda sticks out like a sore thumb
