Looking for name...

If its about Transformers, the toys, it's fair game.

Looking for name...

Postby xmod » Wed Jul 11, 2012 7:17 pm

First, hello and thank you for this forum and website. Awesome stuff.

Born 1974... need I say more...
Grew up with these toys and now wanting to recollect the ones I had way back when.

Using this site a lot, very helpful.

There is one transformer I remember and for the life of me, can not find his name.
It was a green insect, looked like a scarab i guess. But upon hours of google searching, I came up short.
I dont know what other info to give to try and get the name, hope someone has good knowledge.

Thank you for your time.

Thanks for the response, Appreciate it.

It is not any of those, they kept coming up in my search of an insect transformer.
I can't draw to save my life, and doing this from memory, this is an idea of what he looked like.

Light green and I think some yellow on him.

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis

You know what, now that i clicked on the link from his post, your right.
I just assumed too quickly, from viewing his answer, that he was listing the original first 3 insecticons.

Also, going one by one on the list from the site, the thumbnail from Barrage fooled me. He looks purple in there...

Again, thank you.
