Group,

Please help this novice...

I am would like to restart my G1 transformers collection. I once had all original figures from the 80's, but I found myself having to sell them. Now I have a little bit to spend on restarting my collection. I have seen what an "original' g1 figures goes for on ebay. If I were to buy "all " original G1 figurines I might as well kiss my kids college fund good bye :lol: . So I figured I would be happy with a reissues.

My question to all of you is;
Where can I get a good quality reissue? I know there are a lot of KO's out there, that are made very cheap and break once you handle them.
Also, what should I know about buying a "good" reissue? What questions should I ask?

Are there any preferred sites, where I can buy good quality figures?
I don't care if they are used, they just need to be poseable and not break to the touch.

Any help would be much appreciated. I, like all of you, loved these figures.

For Reference here are the figures I would like to replace

Well if you wanted them about 14 years ago Toy R Us had the Hasbro reissues.

Now only Takara is doing reissues.

The three places I'd start are Amazon.com, Bigbadtoystore.com, and TFsourse.com.
