Bay Adds Confirmation, TF5 and 6 Coming...

Postby perceptor » Tue Apr 15, 2014 2:52 pm

In a recent interview with HeroFix.com, Transformers Director/Producer Michael Bay added further confirmation that Age of Extinction will kick off a whole new trilogy threesome of films. Of course, this will be dependent upon TF4 performing as well as exec's are anticipating. But here's hoping.

In related news, Bay added, he won't "necessarily" direct 5 and 6. Considering his previous statements that he "absolutely would not direct Transformers 4." I think it's safe to say, the Transformers Fandom should be prepared for TF5, a Michael Bay film, directed by Michael Bay! For better or worse, it's going to be an interesting ride! :)

This news post confirmed another trilogy - http://forum.unicron.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=5048

HeroFix even admits to just repeating what Bay told Entertainment Weekly.
"When there's gold feathers, punch behind you!!"

“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.” -- C.S. Lewis
