This is hard and I might not get them all in one post, so here goes a try:

It's a wonderful life
Honey I shrunk the Kids (when the ant dies)
Santa Clause the movie (when Patch's toys fall apart)
Transformers 1-3 when Peter Cullen does the prologue and epilogue narrations
Robocop 1-3 at emotional times for Robocop
Batman Begins when Bruce learns that his father was the thing that saved the city from the League of Shadows the last time they tried to take Gotham and the ending when he finds the stethoscope in the ashes of the mansion.

Ok, so there is 10 I thought of in a hurry. Lets see if I can do more hrm.

Schindler's List when Oscar Schindler cries at the end because he thinks he could have saved more people.
Ironman when the Doctor who saves Stark is killed and when Pepper pots or whatever her name is replaces the artificial heart.
Superman the movie (Christopher Reeve first one) when the opening theme plays and when his earth dad dies.
Miracle on 34th street when the bag of letters is brought in to throw Santa's trial.
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer when Rudolph runs away for being picked on.
Spiderman 2 when Aunt May convinces him to stay as spiderman and when the people on the train stand up for him.
Lord of the Rings: The fellowship of the ring, when Boromir dies and Sam follows Frodo into the river.

That was actually easier than I thought coming out with all that in 2 minutes. I will stop before I sound too emotional lol! I will try to think of more and post them later after I think of them.

Add land before time for the same reason, totally forgot about that one but probably the first movie that I cried for.

Thought of another one: Cocoon, when Bernie's wife dies and he carries her the long walk to the alien pool but it is out of energy when he gets there.
